My name is Nachiketa. After completing my B.F.Tech from National Institute of Fashion Technology , Kolkata and jobs in Garment and IT industry, I decided to do a career change and switch to photography/videography.

I completed my Post graduation in Photography from Light and Life academy, Ooty (2015-2016) where I learned all technical aspects and creative side of photography.

​

I took Interior&Architecture, Food Photography and Fine-Art as my specialisations. Besides my specialisations, I got extensive training in portraiture, travel, nature, product, street and documentary photography and videography.

After my studies got over, I worked in Bangalore as a photographer and videographer, where I got opportunity to work for companies like Indiahikes, Unicef Organisation, Interazzo, Habibi Falafel, Astrea Pure, Pink Lemonade, Maplewood and Chanakya Hotels.

 

I then moved to Mumbai. I worked as BTS photographer and videographer for TVF for three web-series -- Girls Hostel Season 3 , Pitchers Season 2 and Industry Season 1. Besides that, I worked as event photographer for couple of events. I also got an opportunity to work in a music documentary produced by Mumbai Fixers as production assistant and I also captured b-roll footage for the documentary.
